Refund and return policy

Unfortunately we do not refund or return, however, if you do wish to exchange it for another ‘size’ this can be possible if it is still available. Exchange has to be made within 7 days of purchase. It should be un-tampered in the original condition with all tags attached, unworn and unwashed.

Jewellery

If you receive any jewellery broken or damaged, a replacement will be made right away provided you send a picture of the ring within the first 24hrs of receiving the delivery. We are sure to give you the best customer service for any problem that may occur.
